No. Battery, sealing, connectivity, and wearing comfort remain estimated or engineering-direction fields until EVT/DVT validation and final production.
Does FindPet promise exact arrows or centimeter-level positioning?
No. FindPet is shown as a three-layer assist flow: GNSS area, compliant key-frame context, and nearby BLE or flash cues.
Does Aurenpet M1 diagnose health issues?
No. M1 provides lifestyle memory and search context. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional veterinary care.
Will accessories be sold on auren.pet during crowdfunding?
No. Accessories are shown as ecosystem previews. Add-on and bundle decisions belong on Indiegogo or waitlist updates.
Where will launch timing be announced?
The planned campaign window is September 2026. Final launch timing, availability, and campaign details will be announced on Indiegogo.
Where can I find instructions or manuals?
Instructions and manuals are being prepared for the launch handoff. Until the final PDF is approved, support questions should go through info@auren.pet.
Who pays duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes?
During crowdfunding, campaign fulfillment rules will be published through Indiegogo. For future direct orders, international customers may be responsible for duties, VAT, customs fees, local taxes, and any required tax ID or clearance information unless a checkout page states otherwise.
Can affiliates or partners promote Aurenpet M1?
