Is Auren a medical device?
No. Auren surfaces lifestyle context such as rest changes, movement patterns, vocal cues, and route shifts. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace veterinary care.
How does my pet wear Auren?
Use a properly fitted collar or harness with the Auren collar-band mount. Check the attachment before each walk, and remove the device if your pet shows discomfort.
Warranty coverage
Warranty terms will be published before launch. Manufacturing defects, battery issues, and charging faults should be handled separately from accessory wear, chewing damage, misuse, or exposure beyond rated limits.
How does preorder work?
Kickstarter or preorder timing is planned for July-August 2026. Waitlist signup is free and does not commit you to purchase.
Returns and cancellation
Cancellation and refund routes should be clearly available before fulfillment. Full hardware return rules will be published before payment opens.
App and AI controls
The Auren app direction includes pairing, firmware updates, charging status, capture modes, summaries, and data management. Owners should be able to disable image, audio, and location features individually.

How long does the battery last?
Auren M1 is designed for multi-day battery life with dock charging. Final battery details depend on capture frequency and will be published with final specs.
