Pre-order Shipping Window
Auren M1 Founder's Preorder is expected to ship in 2026 Q4. This timeline may change if certification, production, or logistics require additional time. If a material timeline change occurs, Auren will notify customers by email.
The first checkout charges the hardware preorder only. Basic Cloud and Auren Care subscriptions are displayed as planned service tiers and are not billed automatically in this version.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.

- Hong Kong & Macau — 3-5 business days
- Mainland China — 5-7 business days
- Japan & South Korea — 7-10 business days
- United States & Canada — 7-12 business days
- European Union & United Kingdom — 10-15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand — 10-15 business days
- Rest of Asia — 10-15 business days
- Rest of World — 12-20 business days
Express Shipping
Express shipping (3-5 business days) is available for an additional fee at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once dispatched.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier
We ship via major international carriers (DHL, FedEx, USPS). Tracking is available for all shipments.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
- We declare the actual value of goods on all customs documentation.
- Customs delays may extend delivery times.
Shipping Issues
- Lost packages — contact us at info@auren.pet if tracking shows no progress for 15+ days.
- Damaged delivery — take photos and contact us within 7 days.
- Wrong address — contact us immediately. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship as soon as they become available. You may cancel a pre-order before shipment for a full refund.
