This website (www.auren.pet), the Auren mobile application, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Services") are operated by Auren Innovation ("Auren Pet," "we," "us," or "our"). Throughout these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Services.


By accessing or using any part of the Services, including browsing our website, creating an account, purchasing our products, or using the Auren mobile application and M1 smart collar device, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein, you may not access or use the Services.


We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility


By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.
  • If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, you have the legal authority to consent on their behalf.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Your use of the Services will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.


3. Account Registration and Security


  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services, including device registration and Auren Care subscription management.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security at info@auren.pet.
  • Auren Pet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.


4. Products and Services


4.1 Product Descriptions

  • We sell pet wearable devices (Auren M1 AI pendant), accessories (collar bands, charging cables), and optional subscription services (Auren Care).
  • All product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing information are provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to display accurate information, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • We reserve the right to modify product specifications, features, and designs without prior notice as part of our continuous product improvement process.

4.2 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, or customs duties, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

4.3 Availability

  • Products and services may have limited quantities and are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer, on a case-by-case basis.
  • Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website.


5. Orders and Payment


5.1 Order Acceptance

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Auren Pet. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Product availability or inventory discrepancies.
  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
  • If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

5.2 Payment

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • You represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and that all payment information you submit is true and accurate.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (including Shopify Payments and PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details.
  • You are responsible for any fees, currency conversion charges, or international transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase.
  • Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders are provided on the product page and in your order confirmation. These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.


6. Auren Care Subscription


6.1 Subscription Terms

  • Auren Care is an optional monthly subscription service providing AI-powered pet health reports, 24/7 veterinary chat access, and advanced digital twin features.
  • Subscription fee: $4.90 USD per month.
  • The first month of Auren Care is included free with the purchase of an Auren M1 pendant.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Auren Care subscription at any time from your account settings on the Auren mobile application.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period, after which standard (non-subscription) functionality will apply.

6.3 Fee Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any fee change takes effect. Continued use after the fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.


7. Shipping and Delivery


Shipping terms, including delivery timeframes, shipping methods, and customs responsibilities, are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.


  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.


8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty


Return, refund, and warranty terms are detailed in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.


Key provisions include:

  • 30-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible products.
  • 1-year limited warranty on Auren M1 pendant covering manufacturing defects.
  • Return shipping responsibilities as specified in the Refund Policy.


9. Intellectual Property


9.1 Our Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, data compilations, page layout, and design, is the exclusive property of Auren Innovation or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Hong Kong and international jurisdictions.
  • The "Auren," "Auren Pet," and "Auren M1" names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Auren Innovation.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.

9.2 Limited License

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
  • This license does not include any right to resell or commercially use the Services or their content, collect and use product listings or descriptions, make derivative uses of the Services, or use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.


10. User Content


10.1 User Submissions

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Services, including but not limited to product reviews, photos, videos, comments, suggestions, or other materials ("User Content"), you:

  • Grant Auren Pet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media for any purpose, including marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • Agree that your User Content will not be false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

10.2 Our Rights

  • We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion.
  • We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.


11. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct


You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code that may affect the functionality or operation of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.
  • Collect or track the personal information of others without their consent.
  • Use the Auren M1 device to record or capture images or data in private spaces where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy without disclosure and consent.
  • Disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Auren M1 device firmware or mobile application software, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Auren M1 device or within the Services.
  • Spam, phish, or engage in any other deceptive practices.
  • Use the Services for any obscene or immoral purpose.
  • Use the Services to compete with us or for any revenue-generating commercial enterprise without our written consent.


12. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information


  • We are not responsible if information made available on the Services is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on the Services is provided for general information only.
  • We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Services at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.
  • Any reliance on the material on the Services is at your own risk.
  • The Services may contain certain historical information, which is provided for reference only and is not current.


13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions


Occasionally, there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
  • Change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information except as required by law.


14. Third-Party Links and Tools


  • The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Auren Pet.
  • We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
  • We do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services.
  • We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.


15. Disclaimer of Warranties


THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE, AND CONTENT, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.


TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUREN PET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
  • WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

THE AUREN M1 DEVICE IS AN AID FOR PET MONITORING AND HEALTH TRACKING. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. ITS DATA AND REPORTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR HEALTH CONDITION. ALWAYS CONSULT A LICENSED VETERINARIAN FOR MEDICAL ADVICE REGARDING YOUR PET'S HEALTH.



16. Limitation of Liability


TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUREN PET, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF USE.
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICES.
  • DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PET INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
  • ANY CLAIM THAT IS NOT FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUREN PET'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AUREN PET FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).


SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.



17. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auren Pet, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Any User Content you submit to the Services.


18. Product Safety and Proper Use


The Auren M1 smart collar is designed for use on dogs and cats within the supported weight and neck circumference ranges specified in the product documentation. By using the Auren M1, you agree to:


  • Use the product only as instructed in the user manual and documentation.
  • Not use the device on animals outside the specified size and weight ranges.
  • Not exceed the IP67 water resistance rating (immersion up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes).
  • Not disable, cover, or tamper with the privacy LED indicator.
  • Not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the device yourself.
  • Remove the collar periodically to check for skin irritation and ensure proper fit.
  • Supervise initial use to ensure the device is secure and comfortable for your pet.
  • You acknowledge that no product can completely eliminate all risks, and Auren Pet is not liable for pet loss, injury, escape, or health issues.


19. Termination


  • These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
  • You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use of the Services and notifying us that you wish to close your account.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.


20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


20.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


20.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@auren.pet and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will similarly attempt to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.


20.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.


20.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.



22. Force Majeure


Auren Pet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, pandemic or epidemic, labor strikes, telecommunications or network failures, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.



23. General Provisions


  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auren Pet regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
  • Headings: The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
  • Language: These Terms are written in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
