Welcome to Auren Pet. By accessing or using our website www.auren.pet and purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Products & Services
- We sell pet wearables (Auren M1 AI pendant), accessories (collar bands), and optional subscription services (Auren Care).
- All product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to update product features without prior notice.
- Pricing is displayed in USD. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
2. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized user of the payment method provided.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
4. Returns & Refunds
Return and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year limited warranty on the Auren M1 pendant.
5. Auren Care Subscription
- Auren Care is an optional monthly subscription (4.90/month) providing AI health reports, 24/7 vet chat, and advanced digital twin features.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel at any time from your account settings.
- The first month of Auren Care is included free with the Auren M1 pendant purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on www.auren.pet is the property of Auren Pet or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without our written permission.
- The "Auren" name and logo are trademarks of Auren Pet.
7. User Content
- If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for marketing purposes.
- We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.
8. Product Safety & Proper Use
- Auren M1 is designed for dogs and cats. Do not use on animals outside the supported weight/size range.
- The device is IP67 waterproof. Do not exceed this rating.
- The privacy LED indicator must not be disabled or covered.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device yourself.
9. Privacy & Data
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy and Privacy and Data Memory page. Pet camera data is processed on-device where possible. We do not sell your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Auren Pet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.
- We do not guarantee that Auren M1 will prevent pet loss, injury, or health issues.
11. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
- Disputes shall first be resolved through direct communication with us.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Hong Kong.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
